Let’s get right into it.
Justin Bieber – SWAG
8/10
This album isn’t trying to be a pop chart monster as his every other album, it’s just Justin talking his talk. And honestly? That’s the charm. It’s mellow, it’s low-pressure, and it feels like JB is finally back to making music because he wants to, not because anyone’s asking for hits. There’s a comfort in that. No need to dissect every lyric or production choice just sit back and let it play in the background of your summer drives, or at least when you are with that special someone. It’s more vibe than volume, and that’s okay especially with most artists these days.

Travis Scott/JB2- The Aftermath of UTOPIA
6.5/10
Okay, hype has cooled down for me, and it’s time for the real take: UTOPIA was solid, and JACKBOYS 2 felt the same, almost a little mellow. Travis’s signature sonic world-building and vocals is still here, but something feels slightly more curated than chaotic, and I miss the rawness. Where’s Sheck Wes? Where’s Luxury Tax? We know Luxury Tax been stepping into fatherhood and some behind-the-scenes creative work, but still, it feels like a reunion without the full crew. That said, Travis’s style remains unmatched, and there are still some standout tracks worth looping. Features were great and Travis drew them out PERFECTLY. Just don’t expect JACKBOYS-1 level energy.
Why is that Travis’ singles are better than some of the songs in the album. Something hints at management inadequacy or the business side failing here. Also it’s hilarious to see that on Spotify, the top 5 songs under Jackboys are still from JB1 and not JB2.

(SERIOUSLY, look how hard this looks, wish we saw some crazy 2019 JB energy).
Superman (2025) Review
7/10.
This movie had potential, and it almost landed it. Visually, it delivered. Lex Luthor was well-cast and definitely carried his weight. But everything else? Kind of shaky. The pacing was uneven, and casting (aside from Lex) felt like a shot in the dark. They really tried to appeal to Gen Z through Lois Lane and a reimagined Lex, but it ended up feeling like a checklist of modern tropes, even though there was good storytelling and a certain rawness that’s been hard to find post-COVID. The pandemic’s shadow is finally fading from big franchises, and while that spark is starting to return, this still felt a little weak overall.
Still, there’s something feel-good about it. Superman himself stayed positive throughout, and that energy is rare these days. It’s not trying to be deep. It’s not trying to be Marvel. And while Cavill will always be peak Superman for me and the most of us, this version has its own charm. He’s still trying to figure out his path, like most of us, while navigating life in a way that highlights what it means to be truly human. That’s what makes the theme so strong—someone not fully human ends up being more human than ever, while someone who is human feels completely disconnected from what that means. You will know what I mean if you watch the movie.
Verdict: Good vibes, weak execution. But hey, not everything has to be a cinematic revolution. Sometimes, we just need a feel-good hero to remind us that hope still flies. Plus Krypto was a cute addition but his entry could have been better and for that matter his role too.
Let’s hope:
Fantastic 4 ends up saving 2025 summer. Pedro Pascal has been part of 3 movies being dropped in this summer and so far they have been great. He has been picking these roles which have a lot of depth and he does extremely well in those roles. I think it will be a great movie and I am so excited because we will the MCU saga and finally the old marvel hype. Thunderbolts was amazing and I am so happy with how that movie was carried. This multiverse crap wasn’t working, and part of the reason was Kang’s actions off the screen.
They will use this movie to connect to Dr.Doom…The NEXT AVENGERS (I ONLY CARE ABT SHANG CHI) and It will be so exciting.
